What Bangladesh Needs
Bangladesh is one of the world’s growing economies, with a large and increasingly ambitious workforce, expanding industries and significant demand for modern professional capability.

modern project management;
healthcare and community-service capability;

executive and institutional capacity building; and
stronger international industry connections.
AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd works to identify these needs and connect organisations and professionals in Bangladesh with appropriate Australian and international expertise.
What Australia Needs
Australia also benefits from stronger engagement with Bangladesh and other emerging economies.
Australian universities, training organisations, industries, technology companies, professional bodies and businesses are increasingly operating in a globally connected environment.
Australia can benefit from:
stronger access to emerging international markets;
engagement with Bangladesh’s growing professional workforce;

AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd helps create these connections in a structured, professional and mutually beneficial way.
Connecting What Bangladesh Needs With What Australia Can Offer
Our role is not simply to organise training.

Where appropriate, our programs may therefore combine:
Academic Learning + Professional Training + Industry Exposure + Practical Observation + Expert Guidance
For selected programs, participants may attend university or institutional training and then visit relevant workplaces, projects, organisations, facilities or industry environments.

Our long-term goal is to create knowledge multipliers.
A professional who receives international exposure should be able to return to their organisation and share relevant knowledge with colleagues, improve systems and contribute to organisational development.
We therefore encourage:
Through this approach, the benefit of one participant can extend to an entire organisation, industry or professional community.

AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd welcomes collaboration with:
In Bangladesh

In Australia and Internationally
universities;

other specialist partners.
Our objective is to create relationships that continue beyond a single training program.
Our Global Approach
Although AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd is Australian-based, our activities and partnerships are designed to operate globally.
We work as a professional facilitator, connector and international pathway partner, identifying where individuals, organisations and industries need stronger capability and connecting them with appropriate education, training, institutions, industry expertise and business opportunities.
Our focus is particularly strong on building practical connections between Bangladesh, Australia and New Zealand, while also developing opportunities with suitable partners in the Asia-Pacific region and other international markets.
Our work is built around three core areas:
1. Professional Training & Capability Development
Many professionals, organisations and industries in Bangladesh have strong potential but may not always have access to the latest international knowledge, technology, systems, professional standards or practical industry exposure.
AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd works to identify these capability gaps and connect participants with appropriate:
universities;
training institutions;
professional organisations;
businesses;
technical experts;
government and regulatory organisations, where appropriate; and
practical workplaces and industry environments.
Our role is to understand where development is needed, identify the most appropriate training or learning environment, and organise a structured pathway that helps participants catch up with international standards and remain competitive in a rapidly changing world.
Training and professional-development programs may be organised in:
Australia | New Zealand | Bangladesh | Asia-Pacific | and other international locations
Depending on the program, learning may include:
university-based professional education;
short courses;
executive education;
technical training;
workshops;
professional seminars;
industry visits;
practical workplace exposure;
institutional study tours;
leadership programs;
specialist mentoring; and
knowledge-exchange activities.
Our objective is not simply to send participants overseas.
Our objective is to ensure that the right participant receives the right training, at the right institution, in the right location, for the right professional purpose.
2. International Education & Degree Pathways
AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd also aims to help develop international study pathways for Bangladeshi students who want to obtain qualifications from universities in Australia, New Zealand or other international destinations.
One important pathway may allow eligible students to complete part of their undergraduate study in Bangladesh and then complete the remaining portion overseas.
For example, subject to formal agreements, admission requirements and credit recognition by the receiving university, a student may be able to:
Pathway A — 1 Year in Bangladesh + Remaining Study Overseas
Complete the first year of an eligible degree program in Bangladesh and then transfer to an approved university in Australia, New Zealand or another country to complete the remaining years.
Pathway B — 2 Years in Bangladesh + Remaining Study Overseas
Complete approximately two years of an eligible bachelor program in Bangladesh and, where approved credit is granted, complete the remaining study at an overseas university.
Pathway C — 50% Bangladesh + 50% Overseas
Under a formal articulation or credit-transfer arrangement, a student may complete approximately 50% of an approved course in Bangladesh and the remaining 50% at a partner university overseas.
Where the receiving university formally recognises the prior study and the student successfully completes its academic requirements, the final degree may be awarded by that overseas university.
These arrangements are always subject to:
formal university partnership agreements;
course compatibility;
academic credit assessment;
admission requirements;
English-language requirements;
visa requirements;
academic performance; and
the rules of the receiving institution.
AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd does not itself award university degrees.
Our role is to help create and facilitate relationships between eligible Bangladeshi educational institutions and universities in Australia, New Zealand and other countries so that genuine articulation, credit-transfer and international study pathways can be developed.
How We Support Educational Institutions
AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd may assist universities and educational institutions by facilitating:
international university introductions;
articulation discussions;
credit-transfer pathway development;
institutional meetings;
academic collaboration;
faculty engagement;
joint workshops;
study tours;
professional training;
research connections; and
long-term institutional partnerships.
Our objective is to create a pathway where students can begin their education in Bangladesh and, where academically approved, continue internationally without unnecessarily repeating equivalent study.
This can provide students with a more accessible and potentially more cost-efficient route to international education while strengthening relationships between Bangladeshi and overseas institutions.
Trade, Business & Supply Connections
AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd is an Australian-based international trade and business facilitation company connecting Bangladesh with Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific region.
Our role is to identify where there is genuine demand, determine where suitable supply, expertise or business capability exists, and connect the right buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, investors, institutions and business partners.
We work on both sides of the market:

Why AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd?
We Understand Both Markets
We understand the commercial environment and opportunities in Bangladesh while operating from Australia and building connections across New Zealand and the Pacific.
We Work From Demand
We do not begin with a product and try to find someone to buy it.
We first identify:
What does the market actually need?
Then we look for:
Who can supply the right solution?
We Connect Decision-Makers
Our objective is to connect relevant businesses, institutions and decision-makers rather than simply exchange contact details.
We Think Long-Term
We aim to create relationships capable of generating repeated trade, cooperation and commercial value.
Demand & Supply Intelligence
A major future role for AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd can be developing a Demand & Supply Network.
Through relationships with businesses and institutions, we can collect information about:
Demand
What products, technologies, services and expertise are currently being sought?
Supply
Which businesses are capable of supplying them?
Opportunity
Where is there a genuine gap between demand and supply?
Connection
Which parties should be introduced?
This can become one of AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd’s most valuable commercial functions.
