The Parties intend to use the following general process:
STEP 1 — NEED
Party B identifies a capability, education, technology, institutional or trade requirement.
STEP 2 — MATCH
AusBangla Trade assists in identifying potentially suitable Australian institutions, specialists or organisations.
STEP 3 — DESIGN
The Parties and relevant participating organisations develop an appropriate program or project.
STEP 4 — AGREEMENT
The scope, participants, responsibilities, costs, timeframe and deliverables are documented.
STEP 5 — IMPLEMENTATION
The agreed training, study, workshop, delegation, institutional engagement, technology or commercial activity is undertaken.
STEP 6 — APPLICATION
Participants and organisations consider how relevant knowledge or practices may be adapted to the Bangladesh context.
STEP 7 — KNOWLEDGE SHARING
Where appropriate, lessons and experience are shared within the participating organisation and professional community.
Our Global Approach
Although AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd is Australian-based, our activities and partnerships are designed to operate globally.
We work as a professional facilitator, connector and international pathway partner, identifying where individuals, organisations and industries need stronger capability and connecting them with appropriate education, training, institutions, industry expertise and business opportunities.
Our focus is particularly strong on building practical connections between Bangladesh, Australia and New Zealand, while also developing opportunities with suitable partners in the Asia-Pacific region and other international markets.
Our work is built around three core areas:
1. Professional Training & Capability Development
Many professionals, organisations and industries in Bangladesh have strong potential but may not always have access to the latest international knowledge, technology, systems, professional standards or practical industry exposure.
AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd works to identify these capability gaps and connect participants with appropriate:
universities;
training institutions;
professional organisations;
businesses;
technical experts;
government and regulatory organisations, where appropriate; and
practical workplaces and industry environments.
Our role is to understand where development is needed, identify the most appropriate training or learning environment, and organise a structured pathway that helps participants catch up with international standards and remain competitive in a rapidly changing world.
Training and professional-development programs may be organised in:

Depending on the program, learning may include:
university-based professional education;
short courses;
executive education;
technical training;
workshops;
professional seminars;

practical workplace exposure;
institutional study tours;

Our objective is not simply to send participants overseas.
Our objective is to ensure that the right participant receives the right training, at the right institution, in the right location, for the right professional purpose.
2. International Education & Degree Pathways
AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd also aims to help develop international study pathways for Bangladeshi students who want to obtain qualifications from universities in Australia, New Zealand or other international destinations.
One important pathway may allow eligible students to complete part of their undergraduate study in Bangladesh and then complete the remaining portion overseas.
For example, subject to formal agreements, admission requirements and credit recognition by the receiving university, a student may be able to:
Pathway A — 1 Year in Bangladesh + Remaining Study Overseas
Complete the first year of an eligible degree program in Bangladesh and then transfer to an approved university in Australia, New Zealand or another country to complete the remaining years.
Pathway B — 2 Years in Bangladesh + Remaining Study Overseas
Complete approximately two years of an eligible bachelor program in Bangladesh and, where approved credit is granted, complete the remaining study at an overseas university.
Pathway C — 50% Bangladesh + 50% Overseas
Under a formal articulation or credit-transfer arrangement, a student may complete approximately 50% of an approved course in Bangladesh and the remaining 50% at a partner university overseas.
Where the receiving university formally recognises the prior study and the student successfully completes its academic requirements, the final degree may be awarded by that overseas university.
These arrangements are always subject to:
formal university partnership agreements;
course compatibility;
academic credit assessment;
admission requirements;
English-language requirements;
visa requirements;
academic performance; and
the rules of the receiving institution.
AusBangla Trade Pty Ltd does not itself award university degrees.
Our role is to help create and facilitate relationships between eligible Bangladeshi educational institutions and universities in Australia, New Zealand and other countries so that genuine articulation, credit-transfer and international study pathways can be developed.
